"I don't usually leave reviews but we were pretty blown away. The place was super nice, clean and spacious with AC and access to laundry through the property manager. The property manager couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. We were waiting for some sort of catch given how big and nice the apartment looked online but from our experience everything was completely legit. Highly recommend! "

"Villa Pambufetti is in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to the walls of Montefalco so very easy to walk into the village for dinner. If, like us, an air conditioned room is essential then I suggest you call the hotel prior to your visit to make sure it is working. We booked a superior room for 2 nights but the ac wasn’t working and when we asked to move room we were told there wasn’t any air conditioning in the hotel. Although on hotels.com it said that the hotel did have ac. We were moved to a tiny room in the guesthouse which had ac of sorts for the first night, then a much larger room in the guesthouse for the second night which had much better ac. The owner gave us a reduction in the rate we paid as a result, which we thought was very fair. The hotel has lots of character but really needs some updating, particularly in the bathrooms."

"The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."

"The property was beautiful, but in a very, very small village, so nothing to do here except a country road walk. The town of Trevi was a very close drive and a much nicer town than the super touristy ones nearby like Spello. I guess my big disappointment was that the hotel was almost empty. I was only staying one night and I asked for an upgrade to a room with a view towards the pool. The price they quoted me was significantly more expensive. Since the hotel was almost empty (I only saw one adult family my entire stay) and the cost to clean the upgraded room would be the same as my room, I didn’t understand why they didn’t just automatically upgrade me. I could see if it was a busy hotel or a busy night. The extra cost to them would have been zero but my memory and my feelings about the place would have been much, much higher. No, it’s just an OK memory instead of an exceptional one."
