Casa Asprón

3.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (100)
"Our host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The old-style room was big enough and had a view up to the basilica. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Parking just out front. The reception area was down and around a path to the rear of the building. There is a footpath behind the property which takes you up to the magnificent basilica and awesome cave chapel and it was a short drive to take the shuttle bus up to Los Lagos. "

"A fantastic place to stay to enjoy the coast and mountains of Asturias. The two terraces are amazing and there is a great set of furniture on each to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. "Nice house in quiet mountain village. Close to Sotres and Cares which can be reached by car, local bus, or walking. Host was helpful in providing local information. "Its a typical asturian stone house. The main atraction for us was the location , a hamlet with no more than 10 houses surrounded by mountains all overooked by the Pico Peñamallera . The house is spotless clean with a great fireplace and all the amenities you need."
