"The location of this property couldn’t be beat. It’s in the heart of Florence so everything is accessible. My only gripe is that in the Expedia site it says Breakfast included. It should say “continental breakfast” as all the bookings I make have to include breakfast and it was quite a disappointment. "Jaada was wonderful as was Andrea and the other woman with dark hair at the front counter (I'm sorry I can't remember her name, she was French). I had a bit of a problem with my room, leaking pipes left the carpet wet around the tub but Andrea helped with that. One day used pillow cases were left on my suitcase, no coffee was left and the toilet brush and plunger were left on the toilet. She must have been in a hurry that day. "

"This is an older building with newer bathrooms. It is located within 19 minutes walking from the central train station. The units are spacious, with high ceiling, and have own bathrooms. "Staff were great on reception. Property was neat and tidy and the park was all very clean and well maintained. Everything on site cost extra and a lot. For example half a loo roll provided and they wouldn’t replace and it cost €8 in their shop. Location was good just out of city and there is a bus stop right outside. Not properties fault of course, but buses very irregular so a lot of time spent waiting around for one to show up. Lovely walk into city along river though and took around 1hr."
