Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. "

"We were all able to stay under one roof with nice, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and central heating, very comfortable. There are two long couches in the living room allowing us all to sit and watch a little tv, and on Christmas morning to open presents. The kitchen is very roomy, with a terrific gas stovetop and really nice ovens and microwave and large, clean refrigerator. And the patio was perfect, fenced in and facing the driving range. "My family (7 adults) stayed at Nathan’s beautiful and comfortable home in Hollister for a family wedding. We booked the home for 4 nights. It was one of the hottest weekends in CA history, but the dual AC units kept us nice and cool. The beds were comfortable, the home clean, the neighborhood very nice, and we were very happy with the accommodations. The back yard is really lovely and we enjoyed some evenings out there. "The property is amazing. Great layout and a fantastic view, 360°. The house itself could use a little work. A lot of spiders and cob webs. Some of the doors were hard to open and close. Minor stuff. We used house as a base camp for activities in Monterey and Santa Cruz. Drive was between 45 to 55 minutes, but pleasant. And to come home to the top of the Hill and overlook the Valley below was amazing."
