"This lodge is a hidden gem. The food at the restaurant was a little hit and miss, but everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Greivin went out of his way to help in any way he could and he also leads the excellent Quetzal tours every morning!! Great stay!!"

"Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia.
