Vor allem aber ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis was die durchgehende - und nicht nur vordergründig gespielte - Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals betrifft. "What a find. The gentleman manning the desk late night when we arrived was consummately friendly, professional, and helpful. So was the young lady at the breakfast buffet. Echt super! And, the property and rooms themselves are absolutely gorgeous. Great experience!"

"This property resonated with the old German charm I was hoping to encounter during our summer trip to Germany! The rooms were all different and comfortable, and the dining room and great hall / game room areas were perfect for our group of 13 to hang out and have a few drinks while the kids playing a couple of games of pool. The host, Alex, was wonderful to talk with and contributed to the overall welcoming experience we all had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering...

"This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking "
