The house is in a very friendly neighbourhood, just a short walk away from the award winning Treorchy High Street known for it's variety of independent shops and local amenities. There is unrestricted on road parking.

The Space:
The first thing you will notice when you enter through the front door is the lovely open plan living space and kitchen diner.

There is a fully equipped kitchen containing everything you need in this home away from home. The table and chairs in the dining area can accommodate up to 8 people.

The lounge area has 2 comfy sofa's for you to relax in front of the TV. There is a bathroom on this floor with shower over bath.

Through the patio doors you will find a good sized private patio area allowing you to soak up the sun when the Welsh weather permits!

Up the stairs there are 2 double bedrooms at the front and 2 twin bedrooms at the rear of the property. There is also a shower room with toilet on this floor.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the property.

Guest Access:
There is unrestricted on street parking. The property is self check in using key box outside the property. You will receive a code with 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone.

The property is a couple of minutes walk from the award winning Treorchy High Street which contains shops, cafes and restaurants.

It's the perfect base for large groups to explore the Rhondda Valley and surrounding Welsh countryside. Popular with mountain bikers and hikers, the Afan Forest Park is approximately 10 miles away to the west and the Brecon Beacons 10 miles to the North.

Zip World Tower, the fastest sit-down zip wire in the world!, is just a 20 minute drive away.
