We like to give our guests their space however we a just a few minutes away if needed.

We do not have cable tv . The tv is a 55 Inch Roku Tv so all you need is your login info for all your favorite streaming services and you are good to go.

Our base price is for 1 guest. Then there is a $15 pp per night after 1 guest. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests when inquiring so that you will have the correct total price displayed.
No Parties or gatherings ($500 fine and asked to leave immediately)
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed in the home. Guest can be added at $15 pp per night prior to check in and $55 per person per night after check in.
No smoking , vaping or illegal drug use $250 fine and asked to leave immediately without refund
No Parking on the grass
No moving heavy furniture
No pets allowed ($250 fine)
