"We loved the cabin from the minute we pulled into the drive. Decorated for Christmas with ours on “tree” on the wall as we entered. Very close to many attractions and the neighborhood was very pop peaceful. The only negative for us is if you a bit out of shape and old climbing into the loft if a bit difficult. "

The different cabin size options accommodated us quite well, as we had some families with kids for the larger cabins and some solo travelers for the smaller cottages. The central covered pavilion offered a shady gathering location for games and meals. "The cabin is beautiful, clean and comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. It was a good location for us to drive to area attractions. Lake Guntersville is stunning even in the winter. Cathedral Caverns was a most favorite excursion we did. "

"First time visiting Alabama! We loved this property. I don’t know when it was updated, but they thought of everything and yet it still has the old charm. Plenty of linens, the hot tub was ready when we arrived. I did see some eagles and osprey while drinking my coffee in the morning. "
