In the heart of the picturesque mountain panorama in the Tremosine area by Lake Garda lies the charming Apartment Giada. The apartment in Bassanega is located on the ground floor and has a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and offers space for 3 people. Wifi and a TV are also included. Outside, the covered and furnished terrace with barbecue offers wonderfully relaxed hours of sunshine with idyllic lake and mountain views. The terrace facing the lake, orientated to the east, is separated from the other apartment by a separé of plants and flowers. The terrace of the bedroom, facing northwest, is private. The nearest restaurant is a 15-minute walk away and a supermarket is only 3 minutes drive and 1.7 km away. If you not only want to hike, but also swim in Lake Garda, the beach Spaggia Tifù in Limone is an attractive excursion destination with only 5 minutes by car.

Ein super Ausgangspunkt, um das Westufer des Gardasees zu erkunden
Das Appartement verfügt über eine Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine, ein Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad. Leider ist der abgebildete Garten viel kleiner und muss vor allem mit dem Nachbarappartement geteilt werden. Wer eine Intimität sucht, muss (abends) auf die (geräumige) Terasse (Zugang vom Schlafzimmer) ausweichen. Wir hatten symphatische Nachbarn, die direkt nach dem Frühstück unterwegs waren. Somit hat es sich eingependelt, dass mein Mann und ich die Gegend ab Frühnachmittag erkundet haben. Auf diese Art und Weise war eine gewisse Gartenintimität gewährleistet. Sowohl wir wie auch unsere Nachbarn waren bei der Buchung des jeweiligen Appartements überzeugt, dass der Garten zur "Alleinnutzung"gehört. Der Blick auf den See von Garten und Küche aus ist sehr schön (von der Schlafzimmerterasse mit Nachmittagssonne, Seitenblick) und die Lage sehr gut, um die westliche Seite des Gardasees zu erkunden. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, um zu kochen. Marisa hat uns mit einer Flasche Rotwein vom Winzer Pisoni begrüßt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben nach der Besichtigung der Burg in Arco eine Weinprobe bei Pisoni gemacht und eine Kiste Wein mit nach Hause gebracht. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wichtig: man kann direkt vorm Haus parken, weil Essengehen und Einkaufen nur per Auto erfolgt. Fazit: wir empfehlen das Appartement von Marisa weiter als idealen Ausgangpunkt für die Ausflüge von Arco bis Salo. Ein Geheimtipp ist ein Alimentari in Via Roma in Gargnano, der außer allerlei tollen regionalen Lebensmitteln, die beste Limonenmarmelade (wenn man süß-bitter mag) verkauft. Die Schiffahrt von Limone nach Malcesine ist ein Muss!

Für uns war die Wohnung einfach nur perfekt, geräumig genug für 3 Personen, komfortabel und gepaart mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee. Es war alles stimmig. Ein Dankeschön an die tolle Vermieterin.

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
Pros: Die Gastgeberin Marisa ist sehr zuvorkommend und versucht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Uns hat Sie z.B. dabei geholfen, ein Überweisungsformular (Strafzettel) für die Post auszufüllen. Der Blick von der Wohnung/Garten aus auf den Gardasee ist traumhaft. Cons: Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn beide Wohnungen gleichzeitig belegt sind, kann sich der ein oder andere an den Geräuschen aus der Nachbarwohnung eventuell gestört fühlen. Der Zugang zu der Wohnung erfolgt über eine Außentreppe, ca. 8 Meter Höhenunterschied, daher für Gehbehinderte nicht so gut geeignet.
