Jacopo and family were so kind and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our stay was personalized (a few examples: he decorated with balloons for our daughter's birthday, he provided us with vegetables from the garden, and purchased a toaster when we mentioned we liked toast at breakfast). We were sleeping on springs and for that reason, we left a day early. 2. Many basic items were missing from both the kitchen and bathrooms.
