While I stay at many Four Seasons locations this one has the most amazing customer care, so much attention to detail surrounded my caring staff. "Stunning property, one of the most beautiful in Paris. Great location. The room was on the smaller size and the staff was all very polite but were not quite as attentive and anticipatory of your needs as you would expect of a hotel at this level and price. "

"We had adjoining rooms which was great for a family of four. We arrived with champagne and chocolate to greet us. The cleaning service and turn down was great. Would definitely stay again"

"En quelques lignes… Le lieu en lui même est chargé d’histoire à travers son emplacement et son architecture. On ne peut qu’apprécier ! La localisation est idéale. La chambre est sublime et le mobilier de très bon choix avec des équipements de pointe. Le bar et la restauration sont incroyables. Pour l’ensemble du séjour, les équipes n’ont de cesse à chercher à aller au delà de l’excellence de part leur rapidité, leur discrétion et leur disponibilité. C’est très agréable. "Very small for 5 people even when 3 of those people were children but in the end was quiet and secluded in the middle of busy Paris. Loved how close it was to the Metro and various shops and dining. "

"On the selected date, we could not reach the property as our flight was canceled but booked this hotel for 3 days later and requested credit for the 1st day Nov 27th that we could not stay due to canceled flight. Would appreciate if the 1st night's stay is refunded but the hotel denied it. We booked through expedia. Hopefully we get a refund as we booked for the next three consecutive days from Nov 28 to Nov 30th. We liked this hotel very much but the hotel can be a little flexible if the reasons are beyond the control of customers like a flight delay. Expedia requested for refund and it was delayed and they have requested again but didn't hear back -Nagarajan Ravishankar"
