My only complaint was the room service app did not work and the food itself when it arrived was a little disappointing-and I paid for a dessert and never received it…Although I have to say it was very late in the evening, I’m sure the staff did their best. "Very nice and convenient hotel for layovers and early morning flights lovated right in terminal 2 of CDG. Staff is very kind and understanding. Check in was fast and they have express check out is available where you drop your key into a box when you’re on your way out. It’s also very conveniently located right by the train stations which was especially helpful to me after a long day of travelling by train to the airport! It takes no longer than 3 minutes to get from the platforms to the hotel...
