"We stayed here in May ’24. Some of the other reviews are not for this property. Location: good location for Brest & Morlaix areas and the fantastic coastline between. It is 800m to the beach & you have to cross a road. If you drive there is a car park 100m from the beach. There is nothing nearby – bakers, restaurants & supermarkets are all several km away. Plouescat is nearest go-to place. Owner: nice person – happy to help and mention events and things to do. Outside: South-facing, mostly grit...

"Cottage and location were all as we had hoped for from the pictures and description but our time was somewhat spoiled by constant presence of large dogs from next door which scared the children, stole food and regularly left mess in the garden which we had to clear up every morning before we could let the children out. A real shame as its a great cottage, garden and location."

"We’ve just returned from a lovely 11 days at this property. We chose it because of the secure garden so we could be sure that our energetic Irish Setter would be safe. The garden did not disappoint; it’s the largest we’ve ever had in a self-catering rental, is totally secure and kept him entertained. "This was our second stay at Ty Coz (Kersadiou). We had another wonderful two weeks this year. Georges and Jacqueline were very welcoming and helpful. Even though the weather was less than ideal for a few days we were able to go on several hikes and enjoy the stunning beaches on the Crozon peninsula. The gites is very well equipped and gas everything you need for a very pleasurable stay. Many thanks Georges et Jacqueline."
