Located on the Côte de Granit Rose, more precisely in Trélévern, this beautiful independent house formerly the forge of the village, is near the beaches of Keriec (900m) and Trestel (1500m).
Recently renovated, this cottage located upstairs, is composed in the first, a large kitchen and functional (pyrolysis oven, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, hood) and d 'a beautiful living room with TV 101 cm, a bedroom (1 bed 2 persons 140 * 190), a bathroom (double vanity unit, shower 100 * 80, washing machine 7 kg and d a 7 kg dryer), a toilet and a cupboard.
You will find on the first floor two bedrooms (two single beds 90 * 190, 1 double bed 140 * 190 and 1 BB) and a toilet.
Tourist tax at the current rate (0. 50 € / day / person over 18 years).
Beds made on arrival and supply of towels included in the rent (12 sheets of shower, 12 towels, 12 gloves and 6 tea towels).
Internet access by wifi.
The private garden of approximately 150 m² is pleasantly furnished (garden furniture, two deckchairs and barbecue), the courtyard is completely closed and possibility of parking a car.
The proximity of the GR 34 will allow you to make beautiful hikes with the view of beautiful landscapes.
You will also be able to discover around the pink granite coast, Ploumanac'h, elected most beautiful village of France 2015 with its splendid path of customs, Tréguier and its cloister, the city of Lannion and its architecture, the seven islands ... ( different documents will be available in the cottage upon your arrival in order to better organize your stay).

Très bon séjour
Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Tout d'abord, nous remercions la Famille Le Barbier pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs gentilles attentions à notre arrivée. La maison est très agréable, décoration soignée et propreté impeccable. En ces temps de crise sanitaire, toutes les mesures d'hygiène sont respectées et cela rassure. Les lits sont faits a l'arrivée, c'est super après une longue route ! La région est magnifique et avons pu profiter de la très bonne situation du gite pour découvrir de beaux endroits. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Tolles Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung
Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus, mit einer top Ausstattung. Leider an einer Straße, die manchmal etwas laut war. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen. Man kann tolle Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren machen oder einfach den schönen Strand genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Bretagne
Die zwei Wochen sind viel zu schnell vergangen. Wir hatten in unserer Unterkunft alles, was man wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Alles war bequem eingerichtet, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll . Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet - und war sehr sauber bei Ankunft. Es sind alle Geräte, die man im täglichen Leben benötigt, vorhanden. Der Ort Trelevern liegt sehr günstig zu verschiedenen Stränden, Kulturstätten und größeren Städten ( Shoppen ). Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrienden und werden in jedem Fall erneut hinfahren.

Nous sommes venus passer une semaine dans cette belle région pour découvrir la cote de granite rose. Idéalement situé, au carrefour des nombreux sites incontournables, et à peine à 5min de la plage, cette maison était parfaite pour notre "camp de base "... Maison très propre, et bien équipée. L' accueil très agréable de Mr Le Barbier comme ses petites attentions de bienvenue ont parfait notre séjour.

Séjour très agréable à trelevern, nous avons été accueillis par Yann et Delphine gens très sympathiques. Gite très très bien équipé, très propre, bien agencé, décoré avec goût ! Jeux de société a disposition, dvd, livres pour enfants et wifi Mes ados ont été ravis... Très proche de Perros Guirec, treguier, Paimpol, île renoue Plein de choses à faire en hiver ... Vraiment excellentes vacances

Un séjour très agéable!
La maison est très agréable, bien agencée, lumineuse et vraiment spacieuse. Accueil fort sympathique du propiétaire. Le tout a contribué à nous faire passer un très agréable séjour. Une bonne adresse.
