Great bonus: one of the bedrooms is accessible either from inside the house via a passage room or via an external staircase. This room is equipped with a desk, kitchenette and bathroom: ideal for vacationers who want an individual space.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of a small town near Saint-Brieuc. From here, all amenities are easily accessible. Saint-Brieuc overlooks three valleys and has a beautiful old town and a pedestrian-friendly village center. Twice a week you can stroll through its market. Nearby, several lovely and very lively seaside resorts await you, such as Binic, Saint-Quay-Portrieux and Val-André. Also anglers can pursue your hobby here and try your gang luck!
