Just two very minor downsides: (1) "Balcony" is just the one square metre landing at top of stairs. "What a beautiful modern house, everything you need us there. Superb design. Great kitchen, everything you need. What a beautiful location. We watched the ever changing tides, sun rises and sun sets and the variation in bird feeding habits. Good quiet roads for cycling.The nearest town is 3 km by road or 500m across the estuary at low tide! The town, Guissény, poses every basic need…a patisserie, a tabac press, a small supermarket, an Rx and a restaurant. Delightful.The area has beautiful beaches everywhere."

"The apartment had everything we could want for for our overnight stay or even for a couple of weeks with our children. We stayed for one night so didn't make use of the hotels facilities much only had a look around. The beach however is beautiful with white soft sand and tidal swimming pools with a diving platform for high tide. A really beautiful place to stay we will be back for a longer stop."
