Located at the foot of the dunes, we offer our stunning modern house entirely renovated in 2016. It faces the ocean and provides direct access to a sandy beach. The house boasts a large, fenced garden with flowers and trees, private parking, a large terrace, a garden lounge, and a barbecue. The sound of the waves and the birds singing will lull you. This place is ideal for holidays in Pays Bigouden. On the ground floor, you will find a nice entryway offering access to the garage with a laundry area (washing machine, tumble-dryer and refrigerator). You can store sailing boards and bicycles. The house also features a very large living area with a dining room, living room, and a fitted kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher) with triple exposure (east-south-west). This house offers beautiful lighting all day. There is access to the large terrace and the garden. The ground floor disposes of a bedroom with a 160-cm double bed, a shower room with a spacious walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with two 90 x 190-cm beds, one bedroom with a 160-cm bed, and one bathroom with a bowl sink and toilet. The bedding and duvets are brand new. The beds are made before you arrive (with linen and cotton percale sheets). You can go to Lesconil Harbour by bike or on foot from the garden. Passing Léchiagat Bridge, you will arrive to Guilvinec and discover the first French artisan fishing harbour, where you can see the boats returning at the end of the afternoon. You will find plenty of hiking trails in the area. Discover Haliotika, Pays Bigouden’s exceptional heritage, or take a boat trip! Don't miss the market on Sunday and Tuesday mornings in Guilvinec.
