"Ce séjour a été le PIRE que j'ai jamais connu. La chambre rend bien en photo, mais rien ne va. Le logement est tout simplement INHABITABLE et INSALUBRE. Déjà, nous avons attendu 45mn que la personne vienne nous ouvrir. Il nous prévient qu'il y a une pompe à eau dans la cour (à 2m de notre porte) qui fonctionne de temps en temps. "Christian and all the staff were really nice, courteous, caring, kind & hospitable. We were worried about the "wooden plank" and river comments in a few reviews. While it should be properly fixed, there was really no issue. We stayed on the top floor and we are tall so I will have to say don't stay on the top floor if you're tall! "The location was great, just down the street from city center and all the restaurants. You can walk each night to dinner. About an hour driving distance from Mt. Etna and the excursion was worth it. Very good stay would recommend. "

"The property itself was fine. The neighborhood was not a goid neighborhood. The parking was a nightmare. No onsite parking. I asked before hand and was told lots of parking. Not so true. Pleanty of permit parking. If no permit you are subject to towing away. Not any fun. If you do not have a car you will be ok as long as you have a taxi ot uber. On our first day the host was late bring us the keys. When we got to the apartment the door know fe off and it wS a hadtle to get in. I made the propert...

"The only issue we had was after check-in communication between us was limited. We had ants in out apt and had a clogged toilet that management said they couldn't come until the next day (unacceptable) someone should be available 24 hours a day for mechanical issues like that. Overall, the place is in a great location and close to everything we needed."

"Amazing hotel. Lives up to the reviews we researched before our stay. The staff are very helpful and the food is very tasty if you choose to eat at the hotel in the evening. A few things to be aware of: 1) it’s not close to lots of other bars and restaurants so expect to drive or take taxis to get about to the main towns 2) the two restaurants near the hotel were both enjoyable food but I would be careful of the bill - we were overcharged both times. 3) make sure you ask the cost of the taxi...

"I loved this property. It was in a very beautiful location. It's not a very convenient location for walking, you need to take the taxi to get the station station and bus stop was not easy to find. The main area Piazza IX Aprile and shopping area is about 15-20min walk. Isola Bella is really far but doable about 30min walk. The hotel staff was really wonderful and helpful. Lufthansa lost our bag and we didn't get it back until the 3rd day. The staff did everything with calling the delivery guy and airport to see what they can do with speeding up process. The breakfast was delicious. Btw this was there last week before they close for the season November 8-15. "

Unforgettable Honeymoon

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our suite, the room was immaculate and the view was stunning. Giuseppe at the front desk was awesome. The food was delicious. The weather was rainy but we still had an amazing time. 10/10 honeymoon."

"The staff were wonderful. Check in and out was quick and easy. We had maintenance people come quickly for a problem with our refrigerator and toilet. The breakfast was outstanding. The lobby is beautiful. The property is a bit aged and needs some updating. "
