"Staff was warm and wonderful, and definitely cared about their guests. We had some drizzly days, and they brought out umbrellas and suggested we take one with us. When we brought it back, I noticed that they actually dried off the umbrella, so that it wouldn't drip on any subsequent guest. It's a small gesture, but indicative of their level of care. "We really enjoyed our stay here. We were expecting average from the reviews but we were pleasantly suprised. Online check in was easy so we could arrive straight to the room. "Very good B and B in a quiet neighbourhood of Bassano. We were very late checking in but the manager made arrangements with our host to enable us to get into the property very late. Thank you for accommodating us. The common sitting area was spacious and very nicely decorated. An activity room with a pool table was a good addition. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were also very nice and clean, however, the bath tub does not have a curtain or a glass baffle, so having a shower...

"The hotel is outstanding, much better than anticipated. It was somewhat harder to find the door at night because it is in a side street, extremely closed to Piazza San Marco. If you are a light sleeper, you might have an issue with the church bell during the night. Room had a nespresso coffee machine and an electric tea kettle with different selections of tea. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a dream. Highly recommend! "
