"Excellent hotel in a very unusual suburban/industrial area, 4 km from the centre of Vannes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the bar in the hotel was terrific. I would love to know why this neighborhood even exists, but as a visitor only staying 24 hours in the area it was worth staying here to save the hassle of driving into the city centre at night. We went into the city the next day and all worked out fine. "

"Nice property. Very quiet location. We took the smallest double room but still got a very large bed. The bathrooms are small but very clean. The breakfast selection is amazing. It is an hotel that we would definitely visit again."

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in what was supposedly the largest room and it had an incredibly strange layout. The toilet and closet were by the front door and then you walked down a hallway to get to the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was large but again the layout was strange. Also, the room was on the 5th floor but the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, so we had to walk up a spiral staircase (with all our luggage) to get to our room. "Nice gite, well positioned for our golfing needs. Kitchen a little small if maximum numbers were there (we were only 4). We just felt that with a little bit of TLC it could be a lot better."

Fisherman's house on the port of Kerroch, 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

"Ideal for a couple as described it’s small but fine for 2 adults. Quiet place, which what we wanted, close to the beautiful water and small beach. Boulangerie 5 min walk. All in all. a lovely tranquil place to slow down. Isabelle was great on communication . Merci Isabelle, "

(Unlike so many other French hotels with car-parks that only fit..."smurf" cars.) Breakfast --- Lots of options. Air Conditioning. --- Absolutely outstanding. A fully, stand-alone unit. Completely controllable by you. Not "gated" by a central box at reception (like so many other French hotels). If you like "real" air conditioning, and want 16-18 Celsius, this is your hotel. Summary --- I would strongly recommend this hotel. Especially if you have a mid-sized/big car, and/or you like American-quality Air Conditioners. "
