"Had a wonderful time for our stay! Resort is walking distance to many amenities and a short drive to St. John’s pass. Only complaint is that the majority of the resort remains under construction since the hurricanes from months ago leaving their lobby and services such as room telephone, room service, etc unavailable which was not depicted anywhere on the Expedia app site description. "This is a tough one to review. I want to say first the Island Inn Beach Resort itself deserves a high rating. Perfect location, great beach, nice pool, tiki bar, grills to use, volleyball, etc. I would stay here again. But NOT in Room 316. All rooms are individually owned. I was there with friends and their rooms were very nice. Room 316 was dirty, rundown, outdated, and in need of updates. (The view was beautiful). Everything else here besides that particular room is wonderful. "
