Both bedrooms are uniquely styled with a modern 70's flavor. One room features a king bed, while the other has a queen bed. The living room, situated between both rooms, boasts a 70" smart TV. Enjoy the authenticity of a 70's coffee table with a slide-out cocktail bar (BYOB!). The couch folds down into a sleeper for one person. Essentials such as an ironing board, iron, hangers, and more are provided.

The bathroom is fully renovated with '70s-style tile work. The standup shower and vanity include shampoo, all towels, and a hairdryer to meet your needs.
The kitchen is brand new, preserving the existing '70s cabinets. All appliances are brand new and include basic kitchen amenities such as pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, microwaves, and more. Seating for four people is available at a kitchen nook dining table. Please note that there is no dishwasher in the unit. Revel in the brand new 70's style fridge.

Ladies Wine Weekend
Lovely old house, fun decor, comfy beds. Some things didn’t work - the dishwasher latch was broken, light bulbs missing from lamps, fridge temp adjustment was hard to figure out (it was not very cold when we arrived), the fire pit/table was not for guests use (why is it there..). We would stay there again if these things were fixed. It didn’t ruin our trip. Troy was quick to respond to our queries.

Troy was really wonderful to work with and responded to questions immediately. The house is two levels with two bedrooms on each level, completely separated or used together. We rented both, both were cute and fun, well stocked and clean.The inside of the house is WAY nicer than the outside but it was early April and yards are not looking the best then. Parking was easy and convenient, The house made you feel welcome, the effort to make it clean and welcoming shows and we all wished we were staying for more than one night.We would all stay there again and are recommending it to our friends who travel north. Thank you Troy for a fabulous night!

The duplex was accurate to description and close to so many places- beach, restaurants, stores, breweries, etc.! The communication before the stay was great and check-in and check-out was simple. The need for communication during the stay wasn’t necessary for our group, so we were very pleased overall with everything this home and owner had to offer.

Perfect location
A great rental for a long weekend. A close walk to downtown with restaurants, stores, banks, etc. close by. Beds were very comfortable. It is an older house so was hard to Regulate temperature! Overall a great experience
