A beautiful one bedroom one bath condo located in the new Capri condominiums. Conveniently located on the first floor. There is a king size bed and a pull out sleeper to accommodate 4. Walking distance to many fine and casual restaurants, bars, breweries, beaches, biking and kayaking.There is a small grocery store and meat market just a few minutes walk away. So many fun things to experience in the area. A great place to visit through out the year.

Quaint Condo
Excellent and very clean condo the is close to downtown TC. You can walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach. It was nice not having to drive everyday during our stay. Quiet surroundings and very convenient to do all the things we had planned to do during our stay. Would rent this unit again.

We were very happy with the condo, it was comfortable and located perfectly from the main shopping/restaurants. Even with cold and drizzly weather, we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking was convenient, and the location was quiet, in December!

This is a great rental property to stay when visiting TC and the surrounding areas. The location is walking distance to Front Street and the downtown area. As for the property itself, it is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. I will definitely be back.

Great location, super clean and great communication from owner. This is the third or fourth time I've stayed, primarily due to location and how well supplied it is. Only thing I would like to change would be black out curtains for bedroom. But otherwise, great stay.

40th Birthday getaway!
Such a clean, perfect location and stylish place. The pictures do not do this place Justice. Paula was a great host and would respond when needed. Perfect to walk to everything! Door dash was our new friend and so many cool places and nice people!
