Modern renovated and furnished condo located at the end of a quiet country road. It feels hidden and removed yet is a short 10min drive to downtown Traverse City! Centrally located to wineries, ski hills, beaches, trails, and infamous Moomers. Comfortable for a small family or two roommates. Add'l queen blow-up bed provided to expand sleeping arrangements. Perfect location to explore Grand Traverse, Leelanau & Benzie counties! Included is use of a Washer/Dryer in basement. PLEASE SEND AN INQUIRY DETAILING your Longer-Term requirements/needs.

Pets are not welcome. Please keep all smoking outside and cigarette butts removed properly. Daily maid service is not available.

Perfect Stay
We rented this home for 6 weeks while my dad had cancer treatments. It was quiet, clean, convenient to the cancer center and shopping. The host took care of the very minor issues we had quickly. Thank you for making this wxperience so oleasant during a difficult time for my family.

Quiet and comfortable, close to Traverse City.
The property was well outfitted with clean and comfortable accommodations. The property manager/owner was easy to work with. This property is within a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Traverse City. For those looking for a quiet setting close to downtown TC, this place offers a pleasant respite at an affordable price.
