Welcome to the ultimate escape for your vacation retreat. This stunning residence is tastefully decorated, yet gives you a calm, relaxing “its time to unwind and be on vacation” feeling! Fully furnished with all amenities. Enjoy the beaches, wineries, shopping and dining that Traverse City is famous for. You'll be close to all the fun yet able to relax in a peaceful and quiet environment.

This is a 3-bedroom 2 full bath home. The master suite features a King bed and full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each have Queen beds. The living room also offers a couch, love seat and recliner. It also provides a well-equipped full kitchen and washer and dryer. The outdoor space features a wooded private lot , firepit, gas Weber grill, and deck seating off the kitchen.
Location:
This West Side home is a quick 15 minute drive ( 10 Miles) to downtown Traverse City. Additionally , Lake Michigan beaches, M-22 and Sleeping Bear Dunes are just a 20 minutes drive(12 miles ). The village of Lake Ann is just a 5 minute drive. For your convenience Instacart and Shipt deliver to this home.

Other Things to Note:
This home has a secondary one bedroom lower level rental that is occasionally occupied by the owner. There is a separate entrance and no shared amenities with this listing. Your privacy and space will not be impacted.
This is a NO smoking home; responsibly smoking outdoors is ok as long as long as appropriate disposal is completed upon check-out.
There is a minimum 3-4 night stay and renters must be 25 years or older.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean and a discount will be considered for day 15 and beyond.

Relaxing Stay!
This property was exactly as advertised. Great communication with owner. We stayed for two weeks and were able to see the dunes, bike, walk, go to wineries and chill on the deck. Highly recommend!

Property was in a great location, layout suited our needs perfectly. Well appointed and nice backyard. Floors could use a better cleaning also a faint smell of cigarette smoke which permeated while the property was closed up during the day. Would stay again!

Location was great. Other family members stayed at Indigo Bluffs Campground and us out of staters rented the house. It was a perfect location. House was clean and well stocked. Very nice that shampoo and soaps were available in the showers. Lovely back deck with seating for morning coffee. Fire pit steps from the house as well. Definitely would stay again.

Frankfort Ironman
What a magical place this was - absolutely adorable, well equipped and in an utterly lovely and quiet location. We stayed here because we needed a place nearby to Frankfort where our daughter was competing in an Ironman. We were joined by my brother and his wife - it made for a special family occasion. Lisa was a helpful and highly responsive host.

Great weekend “base camp” for M-22 trip
We enjoyed our long weekend here! The house was very clean and provided all the essentials our family needed. It was sort of in the middle of traverse (about 15 min to downtown) and about 20-25 minutes to most beach areas. The back deck area could use a little TLC…but the fire pit was a nice touch. Some interior lights flickered throughout our stay so it would be helpful to replace those.

Great getaway
The property was very nice. Wooded lot on a quiet street. Central to lots of area attractions and dining options. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and grilling if not dining out. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. My wife who is only 5' 6" had a little trouble getting into the master bed because of the height, but not a big problem. The floor could have used a good mop. It was swept but seemed a little dirty. All in all a great vacation and very nice property. Would likely stay again.

Secluded Gem
What a wonderful location. We were able to explore both sides of the Leelanau Pennisula and still play 9 holes of golf in Northport during the day before returning to a pleasant evening on the nicely lit and roomy outside deck in the evening. A short drive allowed us to enjoy visiting 5 of the 11 fine wineries on Mission Pennisula followed by dinner in Traverse City that evening. The outdoor firepit finished off a wonderful day with hot dogs over an open fire. The place itself was wonderful. The furniture was in excellent shape and up to date. Kitchen was very well equipped and clean as were all 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms. One of the easiest check-ins and check-outs I have ever used. Lisa herself was very prompt in responding to the only question I had prior to our visit there. I have visited the Traverse City 4 times prior to this stay, and this was by far the nicest. I will definitely book here on our next trip to the area.

Great location for exploring the area
We greatly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit - Traverse City, Glen Arbor, Frankfort, Leland, Suttons Bay, Charlevoix. Most places were only a 20 minute drive away. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, is comfortable and well appointed. The master bedroom bed is VERY high, so bring a step stool if shorter than 5'4" (luckily, I looked at the photos first and packed one)! We were too busy exploring to use the deck or fire pit area, but appreciated they were there for us. Lisa was a fabulous host and very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. She even went out of her way to help from afar when the coffee maker stopped functioning. We highly recommend renting this home if you want a comfortable "home base" for exploring the area and don't mind that dining and attractions aren't in the immediate vicinity.

Being a frequent business traveler, my expectations are quite basic - clean, quiet, safe. The house is well located and very comfortable and cute. Fun little walking trail to the lake (pond). It is quiet and safe. It was surfaced cleaned. The bathrooms were not clean, specifically toilets. Sheets were stained. The large TV remote slipped into the couch cushions, which really needs attention. I don't want these comments to takeaway from the overall warm and welcoming feel of the home. My goal with the one negative is that the comments will be shared with the cleaning team.
