Description - Spacious, comfortable and clean! Kitchen fully furnished, towels, sheets, beds, king-size in MBR, full and twin bed in second BR. WI-FI-TV. Comfortably furnished and decorated with artwork, oak dining set and lots of special touches. This unit is on the ground floor with no stairs which makes it convenient for those with small children or with physical restrictions. We provide a pack-and-play if needed, and the sleeper sofa has a queen memory foam mattress. Laundry is located in the condo and each bedroom has a large closet. Our condo is close to everything! Steps from downtown, and across the street from the beach and Sunset Park! One parking space provided at entrance; second in designated general parking spaces in the condominium lot.

Clean and convenient
Great, ground-floor condo. Clean throughout and abundant water pressure. The queen bed in the ensuite was comfortable. We bicycled around lovely Boardman Lake which is quite close by and through the quaint neighborhoods. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

We loved our stay here! Within blocks of downtown. Parking was very easy. Great place for our group of five to rest after enjoying all that there is to offer in the area. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this condo is wonderful. The place is very clean, comfortable and well furnished. The check-in and check-out processes are well explained and easy. The location is close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. This is my second stay in this condo and I would gladly come back again.

Our stay went very well! Lisa communicated ahead of time and during our stay. She guided us to a couple excellent local restaurants, responding to our questions almost immediately. Kitchen was great to work in when we did stay in, and all needed supplies were quite available too. Great location, too!

Perfect for a Girls Getaway
Three friends and I were on a girls wine tasting trip for a few days and this condo was the perfect property for our trip. Both the owner and concierge were quick to reply to any questions I had prior to the trip. Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, beds were comfy, and anything we needed was in the kitchen. It was a short walk into town for dinner and shopping, close to the water to enjoy the lake air and sunset. We would definitely stay again.

Overall fantastic property and location.
Property had great amenities and would stay there again. Our one recommendation would be to replace the living room furniture which looked fine however it was past it’s prime and in much need of cushion replacement. Other than that, great condo and location!!!

Some friends and I stayed here for a wine-tasting weekend in Traverse City.The condo was absolutely perfect for our needs, and the location was ideal. Lisa was tremendous with her communication in the week leading up to our trip, as well as available all weekend if we needed her. She was also so kind and flexible with a last-minute change of plans when my friends ended up needing to bring their kids (7 and 3). We appreciated all the amenities and the additional parking pass. This condo is exactly as it looks in the photos, and we couldn't have asked for anything better!

Perfect location and accomodations.
We've stayed in this condo twice now and each time it's been perfect. The beds are very comfortable, it's clean and roomy and the location is walking distance to the bay and Front Street (downtown TC.) Parking is immediately in front of the condo - perfect. The property manager does an excellent job with communication, making it a seamless experience. The only thing of note (and this is completely outside of the control of the owners, so it does not impact my rating at all) is that since it is a ground floor unit you can hear the people upstairs and they were very loud this stay (we did not notice it on our last stay.) Again, this was not within the control of the owners, and it was not during quiet hours but if you're sensitive to that sort of thing I thought it was worth a mention. For us, the pros of this unit FAR outweigh this very small negative and it would not keep us from renting here again. Thank you!!!
