This was the perfect place to stay! It was very clean and comfortable. It was also very close to downtown Traverse City! My fiancé and I both wished at the end of our stay that we would have booked it for longer!

Cozy loft in an awesome location!
My wife and I did a weekend getaway for our first time in TC and this location was the perfect spot to be near all the action (less than a mile away) but still in a nice quiet area. Highly recommend!

Simple, well-appointed condo just outside of downtown TC. Great coffee shop cafe and burgers 2 min walk away. Made a nice home base for our explorations.

Awesome Vacation
Our weeklong stay was absolutely fantastic. The location is great for families, especially those wanting to bring their furry family member! Oakwood Prime burgers and Common Good bakery are steps away and awesome for meals and sweet treats, not to mention Potter's bakery being a short walk. The rental is close enough to downtown yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The property was extremely clean and the property manager was amazing at communicating. We're looking forward to another stay!

We stayed for 5 days was a very nice place to stay. Easy access to town and water. Traverse City is a great place to visit. The only thing is s I have to have no light at night and the doors gave to much with the windows needs to be full closesure doors. I would probably stay again even with all the light.

Property is very nice. Close to downtown. We had about 4 inches of snow the parking lot was plowed qickly, and the side walks sholved. My only complaint would be we could not watch tv without subscribing to a streaming service. We have cable at home.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations! It was raining when we arrived and it was lovely to be able to pop our jackets into the dryer for a few minutes so they were ready to wear out to dinner. Sadly, we didn’t realize how busy Traverse City would be and hadn’t made a reservation for dinner. We decided to pick up pizza instead and spent a quiet evening watching TV, which turned out to be a perfect solution on a rainy Saturday night.

Overall a nice experience
Everything was great in terms of communication and cleanliness of the unit. Because it was on a busy Main Street, it was pretty loud at night. The only other issue was the shower was extremely small and the shower head was mounted in a way that it hit the back wall about 5 feet up. It made it difficult to wash anything but your hair and shoulders. We still enjoyed ourselves overall.
