"This is a wonderful mid-hotel with very comfy beds, indoor parking (for an extra fee), nice generic rooms with plenty of shelf space, and an adequate but plain breakfast buffet. "I loved my stay (second time) at this beautiful and genteel property. It isn’t your fault but my neighbors were having extremely loud sex in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the woman was being murdered at first. It went on and on and on. Other than that everything was peaceful and serene. I think she was having a wonderful time. It was just a bit obnoxious and probably scary for the children who heard it bouncing off the lake and mountains😬😘I appreciate all you do to make your guests...

"Considering that this is a 3-star Hotel and not a pension, we were surprised that there was no phone in the room, the heater did not work properly and the internet was very unreliable, plus the shower did not work. We did report the problems with the heater and we were given a space heater. At check out time we mentioned that the shower didn't work. The owner seemed very surprised.
