High-quality semi-detached house in an excellent location directly in the dune belt of the beach, just 100 m from the fine sandy beach. Your home is located on a 230 square meter, natural plot of land right on the edge of the forest. Here, children can also go to the beach without fear in the traffic-calmed zone and get an ice cream on the way there. The beach house with its two halves is perfect for families of friends (2nd half of the house: DOS08005). Trassenheide has a direct connection to the cycling and hiking network on the island of Usedom. The groyne-free sandy beach runs very shallowly into the sea, which is ideal for families with small children. Building castles, looking for amber and shells and splashing around in the shallow bank area will delight even the littlest ones. Highlights included: WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS Sauna for sole use 2 free parking spaces Activities nearby: Butterfly farm 3 km, Usedomer Bäderbahn stop just a few minutes' walk away. Long walks, bike rides or horseback rides are possible near the fine sandy beach. Excursion destinations: Butterfly farm and the upside down house. Verwunderung in Trassenheide
Wir sind über die Ostertage 2022 in diesem Ferienhaus gewesen. Die Anreise kann nicht vor 17 Uhr erfolgen, d.h. der erste Tag besteht noch aus 7 Stunden die man im Haus verbringt und man bucht einen Tag. Also erst mal Kaution auf den Tisch legen bei der Übergabe und feststellen das alles mit Strom geheizt wird. Na gut wird schon nciht so schlimm werden. Dann festgestellt die Klospühlung hängt und das Wasser läuft wenn man nciht aufpasst ständig. Als es Nacht würde wollten wir die Vorhänge zuziehen und stellten fest, dass die Vorhänge schon ihre besten Tage hinter sich hatten und nur noch jeder 2. Hacken fest war und sie sich deshalb kaum bewegen ließen. Schnitt der Zimmer na gut wir konnten uns damit anfreunden. Bei der Abreise wurde uns die Kaution mit den Strom und Wasserkosten verrechnet und es war schon der Hammer was da noch mal zusammen kam. Das war noch mal nen "ganzer Tag Miete" den wir da für 8 Tage zu berappen hatten. Nein es waren ja eigentlich nur 7 Tage da am Abreisetag das Haus um 9 Uhr besenrein zu verlassen ist. Bei nem Preis von über 2k finde ich dies schon etwas seltsam, dass man am letzten Morgen im Urlaub dann mit einem Kleinkind um 6 Uhr aufstehen muss um das Frühstück, Autopacken und Reinigung zu schaffen. Trotz allem 4 Sterne aber wiederkommen werden wir sicher nicht.

zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung, gut geeignet für die große Familie bis 8 Personen, das Wohnzimmer ist etwas dunkel, weil direkt am Berg gebaut und ohne Aussicht, das Foto in der Außenansicht ist von der Nachbarwohnung, ziemlich hohe Nebenkosten im Winter, weil vollständig mit Strom geheizt wird
