"Lovely hotel in a great central location. Room perfect for a family of 5, the kids loved their bunks and all the beds were super comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. Good neighbourhood with shops and restaurants, and good metro links. Great to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the terrace, and only a short walk to the attraction itself. "Gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities and location. However, check in was very slow and tedious. Daily room service was poor, often left dirty glasses, did not replenish amenities and one day - no service at all, just a quick turn down without replenishing dirty glasses. Needs work! "
