Restful Rejuvenation!
Beautiful setting and well-equipped lodging. My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay in the Aspen. The "get away from it all" location brought a most appreciated opportunity to recharge, and yet the availability of wineries, shopping, and cultural events kept us busy with the local color of this beautiful area.

Mom Enjoyed Celebrating her 80th Birthday
Mom really enjoyed staying in the cabin. Very comfortable and relaxing for her while Elizabeth and I enjoyed roughing it in our camper. Always a pleasure being there a RR and the restaurant staff always makes us feel like we are home!

Quiet, comfortable property, beautiful setting
While out-of-the-way, Roaring River was handy central location for visiting vineyards, antiquing, hiking, and scenic drives. The lodging was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only downside was that the restaurant was not open more days. Highly recommend.

Weekend escape
Such a beautiful and relaxing weekend. The Aspen overlooks the Roaring River and has a great patio to relax and it's own firepit to listen to river at night by the fire. We enjoyed a wine and beer flight and great casual dinner on the deck of the restaurant next door. Will definitely visit again.
