"Excellent, atmospheric property in the middle of Trapani. Staff was very helpful. There is no elevator in the building so there are stairs. Rooms were good. Hotel restaurant was very good and convenient. Breakfast was excellent--one of the best of our trip."

"We booked our one-night stay with Il Profumo del Porto at the last minute, and we had a great experience. At check-in, we were met by staff and given keys and all information regarding the room. The room was spacious and clean and equipped with AC. Located in a central area with walkability to Trapani dining, cafes, etc. as well as the ferry terminal. "

"The best thing is the location of the room, was walking distance to most things. The size of the room and the breakfast were good too. However the air conditioner never worked (even though the reservation said there was air conditioning so DON'T go in the summer!!) and the room wasn't even cleaned everyday. The hair dryer was good at first but then one day they gave it to another guest WITHOUT telling us and they gave us a small one that doesn't work well. Also we only saw the person in charge...
