"This is a beautiful winery in the hills of Tramonti. Maria and Alfredo Basileo are very friendly and provide great service and meals. The apartment was spacious with a nice bathtub/ shower. The scenery and vineyard are stunning. They grow most of their own food and almost everything is locally sourced. Try Alfredo's homemade preserves and limoncello!"

We dined at the properties Restaurant every night, the menu has quite a variety of options with good size portions and great price, also offers wine from the region.They also have a small winery you can tour. "There were no signs to the hotel which made it difficult to find in its remote location. The sign was to a resturant with a different name. No air conditioning or fan. The receptionist left at night and locked us in the hotel. The promised breakfast did not appear so left at 8.30 through the fire escape. Very disapointing."

"A wonderful way to experience the real Italy. The host was helpful, informative and went out of his way to guide and assist us. Set in a hillside village but only 15 minutes minutes from a beach and the glorious Amalfi coast and all its wonders. Would not hesitate in recommending villa Citarella. It is somewhere to escape the bustling crowds."

"La casa es muy dificil de encontrar. Cuándo la encuentras, no hay ningún letrero ni rotulo informativo. Nada de ada. La casa wstaba cerrada a cal y canto. Por lo expuesto, tuvimos que ir a dormir a otro lado. Pensando que mos habiamos equivocado, regresamos y todo seguia igual. Sin un solo farol. Finalmente aparecieron 3 personas, a las 21:30 horas, para abrir la casa. Impresentable. Y no esta a 2 km del mar, sino a 9.5 km. Y la piscina que se anuncia no funciona. "
