"Wonderful breakfast. Had Aoife for my massage at the spa and was wonderful . Some redecoration work happening on ground floor which did not impact our stay. Breakfast was 7-10, we kindly got a reminder call at 0930 that breakfast finishes at 10 - without it we would have missed breakfast. Nice efficient Brasserie - clearly popular with locals , so am glad we booked a table. Reception very helpful . One of our party decided to stay extra night , and negotiated a good rate. Location was beautiful, peaceful and within easy reach of amenities.The Grandchildren loved visiting the cows on the farm and learning about them. "We are requesting a refund for the reservation we made at Glenduff Manor house because the actual accommodations were not at all like what was described and shown in photos on Travelocity. The photos showed a stately home with lovely private rooms for the guests. It stated that a delicious breakfast would be served daily. It also described a pub for the guests on site. "Didnt actually get to stay in the hotel. Called for weeks and left messages trying to change the room and no one ever picked up or responded so we ended up just staying at the tralee townhouse which was fine."

The room that i have booked online should has 1 extra large queen size bed and 2 single beds and i can add a cott for my baby.
