The hotel is way out in the country, far away from the town accessed by a very rough road. The unit is over a kilometre to the beach and restaurant. No one and I mean no one speaks a word of English. Texts aren’t answered unless in Portugese . And it’s a time share. The house itself is lovely though, maybe fine for Brazilians, but not English only speakers.

O hotel é bem legal, as pessoas que trabalham la são bem simpáticas e prestativas. Porém os quartos ficam muito, muito longe do mar, cerca de 2,5 km, o que só nos foi informado apenas alguns dias antes da estadia, e não foi permitido o cancelamento. Acredito q seria mais honesto com os hospedes q esta informação estivesse presente no site, pois o cliente poderia escolher ou não ficar num quarto que precisa de um transfer para ir para praia.

A pressão da água era muito muito baixa. Quase não saía água do chuveiro. A água tinha um odor muito ruim do chuveiro e das torneiras. Haviam muito insetos (inclusive aranhas), com certeza deveriam fazer uma dedetização. A água da piscina era extremamente gelada em todos os momentos do dia.

Muito boa, no entanto ficamos bem isolados e a cobrança para estadia de pet considero desnecessária pois já trazemos tudo que ele necessita e somos responsáveis por quaisquer dano. Crianças até 2 anos são dispensadas e pq pagamos pelos pets? Outro aspecto foi o tom de deboche do gerente de vendas do The Coral quando não assinamos com eles. Desnecessário!!
