"I called the front desk before arriving and asked if an early check in was possible and the person helping me at the hotel let us know that was fine and that our room will be waiting for us. What an inviting way to start out stay! I parked in the self-parking garage and easily walked to the front of the hotel. Check in was great and the same person helped us get the most quiet room on a top floor which was wonderful. Our room was nice and clean and the beds were perfectly made and comfortable. We slipped into our swimsuits and headed to the indoor pool which is HUGE! The hot tub/spa was amazing after a long weekend, too. After swim time, we all took showers which has amazing water pressure and volume. Such a nice way to clean up! We walked our dog down and headed to dinner at Porta Di Roma and enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the patio. We stuck our leftovers in the hotel room fridge and dozed off quietly for the night. Morning was relaxing and we were off with little delay at check out. We will absolutely stay here again!"

"Our room was beautiful and clean, with great amenities. We did have a wet spot on our carpet that we were concerned might be from a leak. We contacted the front desk and they immediately sent maintenance to our room while also upgrading us to a different room immediately even though we were fine with our initial space. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, providing recommendations and directions when asked. This was our second stay and won't be our last! We appreciate the hospitality provided and love staying in this beautiful hotel."

"Everything went as expected. No problems checking in and Everything was nice. Only complaint we have was the breakfast the next morning. The eggs were yucky, I think they might have been powdered. I would stay again."
