"Mixed excellent with one major issue with our late check in. No lights on at cottage or on the property to get to cottage which was pitch dark and no clear direction to cottage except in email, a description. A safety concern, as well as several minutes of anxiety for all 4 party members. I finally found the cottage, without help or answer to my phone message to the emergency number provided, using the light on my cell phone. "We have stayed in lots of B&Bs, but this lodge is the most beautiful we have ever seen. It is hard to describe how amazing it is and everything was just perfect. We loved staying here. The manager, Bobbie, was just so wonderful and we enjoyed talking with her, and her recommendations for places to visit were great. We felt at home here, and would very highly recommend staying here. "We was in town for the August night races at Bristol. Our host was extremely nice at check in. We booked. room with a shared bathroom, but never had ny problems accessing it for showers or to freshen up before leaving for the races. We are on a Keto diet and our host made sure we had an awesome breakfast every morning. But I'll say I was about to go off the diet when I was the amazing waffles and pancakes she prepared. "
