"The pictures this hotel has on this site are not even close to reality. One of the reasons we booked this property was because of the roof terrace/garden this is now derelict. The room had exposed electric wires. In the bathroom you needed to run the shower for about 5 min before it became warm. There was noisy building work going on. "Lovely stay with friends, great rooms - huge, spacious, good facilities and bathroom products. Great location in Trabzon, walking distance of djoos, gd douk, restaurants. Small negatives - i emailed twice before visiting and never got any response. For one dinner i had a half sized salad, nut hot charged full price 😕 Would definitely return.
