"Average hotel. Seems to be poorly managed. At check-in, we ask for 2 keys and we were told we could only get one. At check-out we were asked where the second key was. Breakfasts items are not replenished and were mostly empty when we were there. Elevator broke down and when fixed, there was no light inside it. There are bedside lamps so at night half of the room was dark. When we came into the room at first, locker was broken and needed to be reset. Just a very dysfunctional hotel."

"Very nice hotel, we stayed in specious apartment overlooking the black see and mountain. the breakfast is tasty and has variety of traditional Turkish food, usually offered for breakfast, the location is the best think in this hotel, in the heart of the shopping area of Trabzon City. The staff speak English well and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for every budy. "

"My room was spacious and faced the street. My bed was comfortable, I had plenty of hot water for showers, and the buffet breakfast consisted of several and delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel is also a short walk to the beach."

"Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Airport is not very far either. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff were professional and very helpful. There is free limited carparking outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Room not clean Auto parking underneath the hotel building It's very dangerous to go down and up Towels are very old and have a hole in them. I didn't eat breakfast in this hotel so don't knew whether its good or not I don't recommend it for tourists"

"Beautiful and clean hotel with a view over the old town of Trbazon. Delicious all you can eat style Turkish breakfast and close to the local minibus terminal, for taking trips to Sumela or Uzungol."

"-LIMITED DINING , NO WIFI COVERAGE AND NO AIR CONDITION IN THE DINING ROOM. -IN THE ROOM THE WATER IS NOT HOT ENOUGH FOR A SHOWER. -THE FURNITURE AND THE FACILITIES ARE OUT OF DATE. -THE STAFF HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. "

"Very good place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. We could parked our car free of charge right at the door of the hotel. And the location is great, 3 min walk from the Meydan, the central area of the city. Simple place, Excellent staff and attractive prices. Definetly a good bargain."
