"It was very stuffy atmosphere and not a very comfortable vibe to sleep or stay in. A lot of people were coughing all night long I didn’t not feel healthy being there. It was very confined with to many people into one area."

"The rooms and bathrooms are super clean! I felt very safe and comfortable so I had a very restful sleep! The facilities are really nice and so are the staff! The cost of using the dryer and washer is really good just 100yen to use both dryer and washer (50 yen each)!! I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Japan again and want to explore Nagoya!!"

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."
