A fantastic base for any Townsville stay with plenty of space! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor unit has a front patio that overlooks the resort style pool. Beautiful presented and well equipped this unit is close to everything! Directly across the road is the Sea link Ferry Terminal - The gateway to Magnetic Island. A short stroll to The Ville casino resort and all of the restaurants and amenities on offer. Stroll in the other direction and you won't go far to reach The Strand, The Marina and Anzac Park, Tobruk Memorial Pool and The Waterpark. You can venture on the strand walk and go as far as the spectacular Pallarenda Beach at one end and the Marina at the other, enjoying spectacular views of Magnetic Island as you wander. This apartment is perfect for a family or group getaway.

Your open plan living allows for either indoor or outdoor dining overlooking the pool. The master bedroom also opens onto the pool and features an ensuite with bath. Your other bedrooms are tucked away at the rear of the apartment with easy access to the second bathroom.
