"Our stay was lovely as were the rooms and facility. We enjoyed drinks in the library, walks on the grounds, and great food in Darby’s Tavern. We did encounter a few hiccups in service. The morning front desk attendant was a bit unpleasant as was one of the waitstaff in the Tavern. However, we spent several hours in the Tavern watching football and being taken care of by the most exceptional young woman Crystal. She is a treasure! Our group has met here on several occasions and will continue to...

"Older building. Recently “renewed” and things look very good. Please clean the window at the front desk. Or take it down. Nasty "

"My first time here and will definitely be back. Staff was nice friendly and answered all my questions. Room was very clean seemed like it was updated. Property was close to stores and food establishments. Only think I didn’t like was that the people upstairs above me were so very loud. Sounded like they kept banging weights on the floor all night. Was hard to sleep. Not the property’s fault. Next time I’ll get an upstairs room. "

"When I first arrived they had me on the bottom floor, I walked in, the floor had wet spots. I went to front desk and she came and looked. They had just sprayed for bugs I guess. Well the smell of that is not a positive smell. I had them asked for a better room cause I was gonna be there for 3 nights. She upgraded me no problem. The hotel is worn in areas for sure. I price is higher than I would expect. "
