We loved the little cabin! Enjoyed the quiet escape to a very well appointed haven. Kitchen was well stocked, the stove kept us plenty warm, the loft was perfect!! Thank you for having us. Hope to come back in warmer weather!
Great place to have as a home base for the areas adventures. We brought our dogs and baby. Management was responsive and pretty much everything we needed aside from groceries was there. Hope to stay again!
The house was very clean and cozy. Nice and peaceful get away in a remote cabin with my wife and both of the dogs! They provided dog toys and a bed for our pups with additional treats, they were very happy about this!
If you are looking for a quiet get away to slow down and reconnect with your family this is the place to be!
Loves everything about the cabin. It was cozy and large enough for my family and large dog. A fun drive up and down the hill to the home and easy access to major ski resorts and Brattleboro. We would definitely stay here again …
My husband and I wanted a relaxing few days to get away from our hectic lives. This small cabin was perfect, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Reading a book on the screened in porch with a cup of coffee was my favorite part.
It is a quiet place in the woods but close to many small and quaint towns to visit in Vermont. The Newfane Store a few miles down the road was a great place to grab a coffee and meal.
I also really appreciate that I could bring my dog. Many thanks for a warm and cozy stay.
Fabulous little cabin, just perfect for the two of us and our 13 year old Tibetan Terrier, who finally was able to get his snout & snowshoe like paws, into some snow. The three of use were able to snowshoe up behind the property, it was truly great.
We had a great stay in this tiny house in the woods. It was just what we wanted- off the beaten path but with day trips and great restaurants within reach (a visit to the Fat Crow is a must!). We had everything we needed and the communication was great. Thank you!
The cabin was so clean and cozy,in a quiet area, we loved it. It was in a great spot near restaurants and not far from a town with a grocery store. I recommend the extra 15 min drive to Hannaford grocery store and skip River Bend Store
This place has been my favorite VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. It is impeccably clean, stocked with all the necessities and more, adorably decorated, super comfortable bed and wonderful sheets, and the favorite part was the screened in porch with little chairs and white lights. I hope to come back again!
Courtney was a kind host and the property had wonderful updates including nice WiFi and modern appliances. Nothing too fancy, the house was small and cozy and just perfect for a nice father and son getaway into the wood of Vermont. Highly Recommended!
We absolutely loved the cabin, it was perfect for our little get-a-way and hope to stay there again. We love the area and how close it is to local artists and Brattleboro. The only bit of advice I can give (and it's not a complaint!) is if they are expecting snow make sure you have a good snow vehicle. We luckily have a 4WD and we needed it to get to the cabin.
This place was a perfect place to get away from everything. We went skiing at mount snow and stayed at the cabin in the evenings with our pup! The roads and driveway were steep but we had a big snow storm when we arrived and the plows came right away. I would say four wheel drive is necessary
This was a perfect getaway spot in the Vermont woods. My wife and I and our senior dog had a fantastic stay. This cabin was comfy and cosy, perfect for 2-3 people. We had everything we needed and were even blown away by the streaming TV and Wi-Fi speed when needed. The host provided a great guest guide that had wonderful recommendations of local restaurants and activities which came in handy during our stay. The host was also very accommodating and quick to communicate when we had any questions. Highly recommend this cute cabin and we hope to return in the near future.
