Clean and comfortable
I have stayed in many VRBO homes and this is one of my favorites. Very clean home, everything we needed was in the home so no surprise trips to the store. The towels were plush and soft and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the top deck watching the water, it had recently rained so they were like mini rapids and the sound of the water was very relaxing.

Love this property! It never disappoints. The Cabin and appliances are well maintained and the ice maker even works which is unusual in rental properties. We will be back again next year.

We only got to stay one night. My daughter stepped on a rock and suffered a severe ankle sprain. Spent half the evening in the E R. Left the next morning

Beautiful Riverfront Cabin
We enjoyed our time in this cozy cabin. It was perfect for relaxing. The outdoor decks were wonderful. The only issue we had was that the listing said that the house had cell service but might be spotty. We have Verizon (we rarely have had issues even in the wilds of Alaska) and we had no service at all the whole time and could only call when we went into Maryville and Pigeon Forge.

Our family loved our stay at this amazing river side cabin. It was perfectly laid out for our family of five. Sitting on the deck listening to the river was a wonderful escape. Easy access to the park made this a great stay. We would come again.

Winner!!
I have been visiting Townsend for more years than I can count and this is the best cabin I’ve found so far! It sits right on the river and the primary bedroom has a huge picture window that showcases it. The place is clean and well stocked with everything you need. It has ample outdoor decks for hanging out and an outdoor shower. Apple Valley Farms is a 5 minute drive down the road. The only downside is parking is pretty limited but we will definitely be booking again.

Awesome home by the river
Everything was great. Clean space-even the porches were free of spiderwebs and critters. Watched a family of ducks everyday from the back porch and a sweet raccoon couple across the river. The BEST part about this home is the river, but I would like to suggest the downed trees be removed so the river could be entered easier. We tubed and swam and enjoyed this cabin so much! Beds were so comfy and there were plenty of nice big towels for us! VERY CLEAN and just the perfect home for our family. We will be back!!

Peaceful River Escape
We had a wonderful time at this property. It was nice to be surrounded by the fall foliage and the sound of the river. This property is very nicely maintained and we lacked for nothing.

We had a fantastic time! We really enjoyed the view from the big porches and listening to the river flowing past us. There was plenty of room for four adults and our little dog. The fire pit was great and we enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the evening.

So tranquil and relaxing
The home is so relaxing and tranquil from the moment we stepped into the home. The decor is very nice and the size of the home was the perfect. I can't say enough how nice it is to sit out on the upper or lower deck overlooking the river and hearing it. At night opened the bedroom window to hear to river. So peaceful! Thank you and I will keep this home in mind if we come down that way again.

Reset weekend

Cozy and peaceful for Thanksgiving
Our family gathered for a long weekend, and this was a great place to relax, visit, and enjoy a quiet holiday. Very clean and comfortable! We loved the sound of the river, and our pup enjoyed wading in it. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was cell service was spotty, but the wifi worked fine. Would definitely visit again!

Amazing cabin on the river!
WOW! This cabin was wonderful and exactly what our family needed for a relaxing week! The property is right on the river and has an impressive covered porch overlooking the water. We spent most nights by the fire pit listening to the peaceful sounds of the river and watching the fireflies - pure magic! Highly recommend this cabin! We can’t wait to come back next year.

Wonderful, relaxing getaway
The property is exactly what we were looking for in this vacation. A place not only to lay our head, but relax on the back porch, grill, sit by the fire - though we had to watch as there were fire alert warnings in the weather. By the time we hit the bed each night we all fell right off to sleep. The accommodations were perfect and close enough to the GSM National Park we could have gone every day, but we spent one whole day at the cabin relaxing and enjoying everything. I cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay.

July Getaway
We had a wonderful time and found the house to be just what we were looking for. Cozy with a great setting on the Little River. Is a great spot for a small family or couple looking for a great place away from the congestion of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and easy access into the National Park in Townsend. Parking is limited as advertised. 2 vehicles max. Comfortable beds and furnishings.

Absolutely beautiful
We were mesmerized at the beauty surrounding us. The peacefulness of the running river and the wonderful fresh mountain air. We saw an abundance of wildlife right at our backdoor.. 1st night, a juvenile bear rummaged for food right across the river from us. Saw an otter and lots of bird species. Took one day of our week to just relax and enjoy the cabin. It was sad to leave.
