"Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle est bien située pas très loin de plusieurs plages et des commerces même s'il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture avec des enfants en bas âge. Quelques petits points négatifs: il faut passer dans la dernière chambre pour se rendre aux toilettes ce qui est gênant lorsque nous sommes deux couples. Les equipements de la cuisine sont un peu archaïques. Cour assez étroite difficile de manœuvrer avec une grosse voiture."

The VRBo listing is slightly misleading as there is no internet connection at the property however this did not spoil our holiday as we had alternative provision with our home internet provider. "We had a great stay and loved being close to the beach - dog owners should note that during the summer months dogs are only allowed on the local beach in the morning, however there is a great beach at Sauveterre The cottage is comfortable and clean with plenty of space for a family. If travelling from England, bring pillows, bedding and towels! There's plenty to do in the local area and the cottage is well equipped with bikes etc"

"Rented for a week. The property is on a quiet street, ideally located within walking distance to the beach, the town center, and the train station. It is fully renovated and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedding was great. The garden is beautiful, and although we did not use it due to the weather, we still enjoyed it a lot everyday through the bay windows. Mr Dupin is great, very responsive and eager to ensure his guests enjoy their stay."

"What a fantastic house, in a beautiful part of France. Spacious bedrooms, and a lovely modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything needed, even a Senseo coffee maker. The house stayed cool even when it was getting warmer outside, although the garden with it's plunge pool got the sun all day long. We took our own folding loungers, although there are a couple of deck chairs. Excellent hosts to communicate with, and Adeline and Vincent provided loads of helpful information. "The house was perfect for our family trip. We were Grandpa, Grandma, Nan, Mum, Dad and 4 kids (aged 19,11,9,6). Being on the outskirts of the city allowed us to walk into Nantes (just 20 minutes) and visit the fantastic Isle of Machines, the bustling water front and the Natural History museum. We also visited the brilliant Plage De La Noevveillard - a beautiful beach on the West coast - just 50 minutes drive away.
