The building is at the foot of the famous Place Plumereau, popular with tourists and students every evening. You'll find plenty of bars and restaurants!

The studio has a bathroom and separate toilet. It's also very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, microwave...). Bed linen and towels are also provided.
You'll enjoy a spotless apartment thanks to a professional cleaning service, and the apartment will be equipped with the necessary linen such as towels, sheets, comforter covers, bath mats and tea towels. All included in the cleaning fee.

Your arrival will be autonomous thanks to an on-site box.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Location surprise !
Déception par rapport aux photos de l'annonce. L'arrivée par le coin poubelles annonce la suite.... déco toiles d'araignée idéal pour halloween, protection de matelas tachées,.... Et surtout, comptez sur une nuit blanche le samedi soir. Beaucoup de bruit de la place jusqu'à 5h du mat' non atténué par le simple vitrage !!!!
