"Got a good price.Has free parking.A good 30 minute walk up hill from town centre. It is under new ownership and when I was there Restaurant not open so not sure if they will have one.Room clean,a good size and bed comfortable but not much around location.Highlight for me was big car wash /Total Énergies over the main road! "Amazing place! So glad we chose to stay here away from the towns. We were still really close to Caen, Bayeux, and the WWII sites and even Mont St Michel! since we rented a car. They also upgraded our room to the deluxe! It was very spacious with amazing views from both windows. Highly recommend everyone to consider this hotel during their stay in Normandy. Oh and they also have like 5 kitties that stay at the place that are very friendly! Definitely a bonus for this cat lover 😅"

"great stay for a nice price. clean room, friendly staff. if you don't have a car it's a bit far from downtown bayeux. but if you're comfortable walking or cycling, it's fine. i actually walked from/to the main train station with a backpack and enjoyed the scenery. also glad i added the breakfast option when i ckecked-in. worked out nice to fuel up in the mornings before long cycling trips."

"Beautiful hotel in a quiet location, with comfortable rooms and a very good sleep. We had a chateau room which was delightful and good value. Helpful and friendly staff, though we were caught out by the fact they don’t staff reception all hours, so you are supposed to let them know in advance when you’re arriving, if before 3pm. "Overall a good stay in a good location. My wife has mobility problems and we were unfortunately put into a first floor room needing her to walk up the spiral staircase which was rather slippery. The rooms are bijou and compact but OK for mostly just sleeping and showering in. The bed in 108 needs a new mattress! One of the main reasons for us booking here was the onsite EV charging which worked on our first night but then was out of order for the remainder of our 5 nights so we had to hunt down...

"Our five night stay in this beautiful chateau was a delight. It is set in lovely countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. It is an excellent base for exploring northern Normandy.
