The living space has been optimised to offer you all the necessary comfort: a sleeping area with a cosy double bed, a comfortable armchair and a flat-screen TV, and a dining area equipped with stools, ideal for enjoying your meals or working in a warm atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped to easily reheat your meals. The functional bathroom, with shower and toilet, completes this cosy space designed for a pleasant stay.

Trop de bruits
Studio situé au Rez de Chaussée, la pièce principale donne sur la rue très passante et bruyante l'unique fenêtre du studio est mal isolée et il faut tirer le rideau pour ne pas être vus de la rue. Le studio est mitoyen de la porte d'entrée et du couloir, on entend les habitants de l'immeuble entrer et sortir.Problème d'isolation thermique aussi, tout est humide. L'éclairage ne permet pas à deux personnes de lire au lit, une seule lampe de chevet.L'éclairage du couloir éclaire aussi le studio.
