To help you get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with the essentials for the first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.).
OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS
The accommodation is managed by the Keytoko agency, Toulouse partner of Airbnb and Luckey. By completing your reservation, you agree to these conditions:
- Security deposit: for this reservation, a security deposit ("deposit") is requested via Swikly: it is a secure system for requesting a deposit online (without debit or blocking of funds on bank cards). This security deposit solution will cost you nothing and no debit will be made if we find no damage in the accommodation.
- In accordance with Airbnb's off-platform policy, filling out an "Online Check-in" equivalent to a police form is mandatory, even if the message is external to the platform. You will then have to provide information such as your surname, first names, date and place of birth, address, contact details as well as an identity document and a selfie. These data are secured by our partner Avantio whose servers are located in Europe and who keep them for 1 year after the reservation, the collection is carried out in accordance with the GDPR, all measures being taken to avoid alteration, processing or unauthorized access to your data.
- The apartment can be secured by a device (MINUT) which constantly monitors the noise level, the temperature, the number of occupants, the hygrometry, the number of internet connections... In order to ensure compliance with the regulations and everyone's safety. No element likely to identify you is collected.
- The person who made the reservation must be present, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, parties/events are prohibited and there cannot be more people in the accommodation than the occupants indicated in the reservation.
- Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. and departures at 11 a.m. Any departure after 11 a.m. will be billed at €30 per hour started.
- For any reservation longer than 30 days, one cleaning per month (minimum) will be carried out at your expense. We will agree dates and times together.
- The accommodation (and what is inside) must be returned in the state in which it was found on arrival (art 11.1 of the Rental Conditions), i.e.: clean (you must not scour the accommodation but simply leave it normally clean), without waste, without dirty dishes and the furniture in its original place.
The cleaning fee covers the costs of a cleaning which is carried out BEFORE your arrival, on the basis of accommodation left normally clean, as well as clean linen and consumables made available to you (the consumables provided are a welcome kit and we do not supply others).
- Before each arrival, a general inventory of the accommodation with photo is carried out. If you notice the slightest anomaly or a lack on your arrival, you must report it to us (with photo) within 5 working hours.
- If the accommodation is left very dirty, with unwashed or poorly washed dishes, and/or with waste, if the equipment is damaged, if there is a smell of cigarettes... our teams will be able to report it immediately and we may seek financial compensation from you for damages and/or additional cleaning time; this compensation can amount depending on the case to several times the value of the cleaning fee or according to the actual costs (dishes not/poorly washed = €10/item, smell of cigarettes = €150, torn/stained sheets = €50.. .).
